Safehaven Refugee Sponsorship Team
St. George's is the sponsoring body on behalf of a Committee made up of representatives of St. George's, Comox United Church, Cumberland United Church, and Living Hope Alliance Church with the intent of sponsoring a refugee family in the Comox Valley in the near future. While this is a joint effort among our communities of faith, we are inviting the wider Comox Valley community to help in any way they wish to.
In August of 2017 we met our financial goal! Deep thanks to everyone for their incredible generosity!
